Avoriaz Location, is the first real estate agency to be established in Avoriaz in the 70s following the increasing demands for rentals in the very recent resort.
After staying for several years at Place des Ruches (opposite the Village des Enfants), the agency relocated in the early 2000s, to heart of the old Avoriaz, on the Place des Dromonts, opposite the mythical hotel Des Dromonts.
In 1996, Mr Marra joined Avoriaz Location in order to develop the sales, 4 years later he took over the general management, before buying the agency in 2002.
At this time, he realised some changes, new venue, new logo and new mode of operation.

We rent and manage a wide range of apartments throughout the resort, from Studios for 2 people to prestigious 12 people Chalet. We answer every single request from both our guests and owners.
A technical service is in place all year long. We welcome our guests on Saturday at our 2 receptions, at the Welcome desk at the entrance of the resort and at our agency on Place des Dromonts.
